Because our products are digital goods (including downloadable eBooks and digital content), all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed and the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.

Once you complete checkout and receive access to the download link or digital delivery, your order is considered fulfilled.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediately accessible digital content and you agree that you waive any right to cancel or request a refund after delivery.

 

Download / Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your eBook (for example: the download link does not work, you did not receive the delivery email, or you cannot access the file), please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, contact us at contact@unitect.com and we will investigate. If we confirm an accidental duplicate charge, we will issue a correction as appropriate.

 

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at contact@unitect.com. We may ask for additional information so we can review the claim.

European Union / UK Notice (Digital Content)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have consumer rights that differ from those in other jurisdictions.

However, for digital content delivered immediately, the right to withdraw/cancel may not apply once performance has begun.

By purchasing and receiving access to the eBook immediately after checkout, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this may affect any statutory cancellation rights available under applicable law.
