Welcome to Hashifix. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unitect LLC, operating as Hashifix.
Hashifix operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated digital shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our digital product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.
Your order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 4 — DIGITAL DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically via download link or email.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the digital product format.
Once the digital product has been delivered, it is considered fully provided.
SECTION 5 — ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once delivery has occurred.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund or cancellation once the digital content has been delivered.
SECTION 6 — PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the product for commercial purposes.
SECTION 7 — BONUS APP ACCESS (IMPORTANT)
From time to time, we may offer promotional or bonus access to certain features of the Hashifix mobile application in connection with the purchase of our eBook.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• The eBook is the sole purchased product.
• Any app access or app features provided are offered as a promotional bonus only.
• Bonus app access does not form part of the purchased product.
• We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or continuity of the Hashifix app or any of its features.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any bonus features at any time, with or without notice.
The availability or removal of any bonus app features shall not entitle you to a refund, credit, or compensation.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, products, branding, trademarks, logos, and materials available on this site are owned by Unitect LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
SECTION 9 — DIGITAL DELIVERY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides us with the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your use of Shopify’s platform is subject to Shopify’s own terms and policies. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and Hashifix. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from purchases made through our store.
We use third-party service providers to host, manage, and deliver our digital products. These services enable us to provide secure downloads and access to purchased content. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your digital product may be delivered through a third-party platform
• Your email address and order information may be shared with our delivery provider for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order
• We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure
We reserve the right to change digital delivery providers at any time without notice.
SECTION 10 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
• The product will meet your expectations
• The content will be error-free or complete
• The Services will be uninterrupted or secure
